Clinical Hypnotherapy is an evidence-based approach in Psychotherapy which integrates well with other Therapeutic Tools, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.
Clinical Hypnotherapy, guided by a trained and Certified Hypnotherapist (C.Hyp), uses hypnosis to help individuals become more receptive to suggestions for making positive changes in their perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts, or behaviours.
